Staff is the real added value of this place, super kind available and really keen on supporting us for different requests: for organizing an excursion the morning after, for ordering dinner, for welcoming/keeping our luggage even if we left...what else?! Thanks a lot. Position is great if you plan to use autobus considering that Pereira terminal is just around the corner; otherwise, for easier "nightlife" it would be better stay closer to Circunvalar

Great breakfast, very nice staff and a very big room with a big, comfortable bed! The room has a lot of storage and is perfect for a short or longer stay!

This is a good hotel, for me great location, nice room, you have all the amenities of a great hotel like free parking, wifi, free breakfast, lock safe in your room.

We booked a Jr. Suite and I was really impressed with the size of this room. We only needed it for one night but the room could be used as an extended stay unless you prefer to cook since there isn't a stove. The TV had surround sound. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure. The breakfast was pretty typical for Colombia.

Regular breakfast, convenient location close to the circunvalar street, which has lots of options to eat, drink and chill

The room is very good in general terms, the only bad thing is that you are stying in an old room, and this can be noticed in things like the door of the bathroom and some of the decoration, apart from that everything is good.

The staff tried very hard to communicate because my Spanish is limited at this time. I greatly appreciated that. And almost everyone was very friendly.
